Available Treatments:

Swedish Massage

A classic relaxation treatment with smooth, flowing strokes and appropriate pressure to release muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling restored and energised.

Deep Tissue Massage

Firm, targeted pressure to address deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Effective for chronic tension, knots, and postural issues, helping to alleviate pain and improve mobility.

Hot Stones Massage

Warm basalt stones are used to deliver heat deep into the muscles, combined with massage strokes. This promotes profound relaxation, eases tight muscles faster, and enhances overall recovery.

Cupping Therapy

Suction cups create negative pressure to lift tissue, increase blood flow, release fascial restrictions, and reduce inflammation. Great for detoxification, pain relief, and improving range of motion.

Sports Massage

Sports massage usually targets a specific set of muscle groups most stressed by an athlete’s sport or activity, focusing on key areas like the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, glutes, hips, shoulders, back, or forearms rather than the whole body. It incorporates specialized techniques to optimize performance and recovery: assisted stretches to increase flexibility and range of motion, trigger point therapy to release tight knots and alleviate referred pain, cupping to lift fascia, improve blood flow, and reduce adhesions, and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) using tools to break down scar tissue and restrictions for enhanced mobility.

How to Purchase a Gift Voucher Using Acuity Scheduling

Acuity Scheduling makes buying gift vouchers (called "gift certificates") really straightforward. It's all done online through your booking page. Here's the simple step-by-step process:

Go to the booking page Visit my Acuity Scheduling page (the link is below). This is the same page you'd use to book a normal appointment.
Find the gift vouchers section On the main scheduling page, look for a button or link that says "View Products & Packages" (usually in the top corner) or the gift vouchers might be listed directly alongside the appointment types.
Choose the gift voucher you want You'll see the available options, like different values, durations (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes), or specific treatments. Click on the one you'd like to buy.
Add your details and pay Fill in your name, email, and any other required info. If it's a gift, you can often add a message or the recipient's details (Acuity will provide a code they can use). Enter your payment details (card info – it's secure). Then confirm the purchase.
Get your voucher instantly Right after payment, you'll get a confirmation email with a unique redeemable code. You can print the voucher from the confirmation page if you want something physical to give. The code can be used to book appointments (the recipient enters it at checkout when scheduling).
